Registration as subsidiary course student

You can enrol in the subsidiary course(s) as follows:

• Register for the degree programme in Studielink before the 1st day of the month in which you want to start your subsidiary course(s).
  Note: In the section 'Start as' you will need to select 'Advanced-year'.
  When creating an account your personal data will usually be verified automatically.
• Fill in the first section of the form Admission to subsidiary course Bachelor or Master.
• Submit the form at the Education desk or student administration of the faculty where you want to take your course(s).
  
  Exception: Faculty of Science and Engineering: Submit the form to Matching & Admission Support at admissionsupport.fse rug.nl.
  
• Request a proof of payment of tuition fees (the so-called BBC) from the HBO/WO institution where you are enrolled. In most cases you can request this document via Studielink. If your institution can only provide a digital BBC, you will need to contact the student administration of your institution. They will send the BBC to the student administration of the University of Groningen directly.

The Board of Examiners or Admissions Board of the faculty will determine whether you are admissible. If you are admissible, the Board of Examiners or Admissions Board will fill in the second section of the aforementioned form and send this to the Student Information & Administration (SIA) department with the other required documents.

Please note: you are responsible for ensuring that your enrolment request and the BBC are received before the first of the month in which you want to start.

• the widget 'Enrolments' on Student Portal (log in with your S number and password).

You can re-enrol in the subsidiary course as follows:

• Reregister for the degree programme via Studielink before 1 September.
  Note: In the section 'Start as' you will need to select 'Advanced-year'.
• Fill in the first section of the form Admission to subsidiary course Bachelor or Master.
• Submit the form at the Education desk or student administration of the faculty where you want to take your course(s).
