DCC Workshop: Campus Fryslân Research Data Management (Plan)

Did you know that filling in a Research Data Management Plan (RDMP) is a requirement of the Campus Fryslân Research Data Protocol? 

Are you finding it difficult to get started with your RDMP? Have you already tried and still have questions? Or perhaps you’re well into your research but have questions about data management?

Regardless of where you are in your journey, we understand that these topics can be hard to navigate. That is why the Graduate School Campus Fryslân and the UG Digital Competence Centre (DCC) are organizing a Research Data Management (Plan) Workshop for all Campus Fryslân PhDs to support you.

This workshop will provide you with:

• A better understanding of key concepts of research data management 

• Familiarity with the RDMP webtool and a start on your own RDMP

• An opportunity to receive tailored advice on your project’s RDMP

The first part of the workshop will consist of a presentation covering the key concepts of research data management and a quick demo of how to use the RDMP webtool. The second part of the workshop will be a hands-on session, during which participants will work on filling out their own RDMP and have an opportunity to ask questions along the way.
