Successful communication requires language skills and intercultural understanding. At the Language Centre, you can improve both. Let us help you achieve your learning goals in a tailor-made course, or join our fast-paced group lessons that will start you off in your target language from Day One. We also provide testing services and we can translate, correct and write your texts.

The University of Groningen Language Centre offers language courses in: Arabic, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish and Ukrainian. Especially for University of Groningen students and staff the Language Centre offers Dutch courses paid for by the University of Groningen.
