UG/CF grants first microcredentials

How do you deal with digitization and leadership as a manager or team leader? Participants of the course Digital Leadership tackled this topic and received not only their well-deserved certificates, but also the very first microcredentials from UG/CF.
UG/CF is participating in the national pilot programme on microcredentials because the faculty considers this as an important development in continued education for professionals. Microcredentials are digital certificates that are registered at the national level. This means that a course is registered similarly to how a full degree programme would be, which brings this type of education closer to the official recognition that is enjoyed by fully accredited programmes. Microcredentials are therefore able to retain their value as a recognized form of education.
The Province of Fryslân has contributed to the development of the Digital Leadership course with a grant in light of the No & Moarn initiative to make organizations in the province flexible and resilient.
