Biography
Amisah Bakuri is from Ghana and holds a bachelor in History and Political Science from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi-Ghana. Amisah moved to the Netherlands to pursue a two year Research Master in Modern History and International relations. She also enrolled in the Masters Honours programme of RUG- Leadership making a difference. While studying in Groningen, Miss Bakuri held the position as the secretary of the African Students Community, served on the GISP (Groningen International Student Platform) and also an Intern at the African Studies Centre in Leiden. This September, she relocates back to Ghana as a researcher with an eye out for a possible PhD position.
