Last August, the UG has purchased an array of online training courses in soft skills for all staff members, New Heroes, which is available via Corporate Academy. On the New Heroes learning platform, you can follow short training courses of two to five hours, whenever is convenient for you.

Yesterday we had a lunch meeting with the Board of the University - Jouke de Vries, Hans Biemans and Cisca Wijmenga. We discussed YoungRUG's vision and plans for the next five years. We had a fruitful conversation and we're thrilled about YoungRUG's future prospects.

After many years of loyal service, we say goodbye to three (former) board members of YoungRUG: Jasper, Valerie and Floor. As we bid farewell to some valued members, we extended a warm welcome to Klaas Wilts and Bas Teunissen as the newest board members. Moreover, we're welcoming Bart Talens and Deborah Bozzato as active members.

Our website has been completely renewed. From now on we also have news items!
You can still reach our page via rug.nl/youngrug . The only difference with our previous webpage is that we now are a sub-homepage. That means we have a news and agenda block on our homepage.
This also means that from now on we will also put news items on our website, and all our activities are now conveniently displayed in the calendar - including our monthly social drinks!
