YoungRUG Wildcard Event: Call for Ideas
Do you enjoy YoungRUG’s activities, do you have a great idea and would you like to organize one for the community yourself? Now’s your chance!
This year, YoungRUG makes part of its budget available for your idea to set up an event for the YoungRUG community (support staff younger than 36 years) in 2025. So submit your greatest idea and make your mark on the YoungRUG community!
The deadline for submitting your proposal is 17 March 2025, 5 p.m. In the final week of March, we will announce which idea will be carried out, and, no worries, we will help you organize it.
Guidelines
-
The person or group submitting the proposal will organize the event (we will help you along the way)
-
All ideas are welcome: explain why it is a good idea and how it contributes to the YoungRUG community. Also add how realistic it is to organize in 2025
-
Add a specific week (or specific date) when the event will take place, and the timeline for organizing the event
-
Explain how you plan to spend the budget (€ 1000)
-
State for how many people you would like to organize the event
-
The target group for the event is the YoungRUG community: support staff under 36 years old (even though everyone is welcome at the event itself)
-
Remember that the event must be in English
Do you have an idea for an event, but are you not sure whether it would be a fitting match for YoungRUG, or are you just looking for inspiration? Check our webpage for past events!
