Improving accessibility of information

The 'Improving accessibility of information' working group aims to improve the accessibility of information on rights and regulations for workers, focusing on topics such as:

• (young) parenthood
• illness and reintegration
• leaving
• leave arrangements
• conflict management

This is achieved by collecting, structuring and presenting relevant information in user-friendly resources, such as online manuals, and making them publicly available via the RUG website. YoungRUG cooperates with the Lokaal Overleg (LO) in this regard.

The intended outcome is improved access to essential information, reduced confusion and uncertainty in decision-making on work- and family-related issues, and increased self-reliance of employees in managing their work-family balance.
