The University of Groningen is the only university in the Netherlands with a degree programme in Law & ICT. The University’s experts have a great deal of knowledge of the legal aspects of the internet and IT facilities. During the Global Online Freedom conference they spoke with representatives of the US Congress, members of the European Parliament and staff members of Google and Nokia Siemens.

The weekly online video magazine Unifocus highlights topics related to the University of Groningen in the fields of research and society, student life, teaching, policy and internationalization.
