A power outlet at sea

Energy generated in wind farms at sea may be sustainable but is not yet at all competitive. Together with eight other parties, in the next four years the University of Groningen will be working on lowering the cost price of wind power by developing an innovative power infrastructure in the North Sea. Professor of Energy Law Martha Roggenkamp is working on the legal regulation of this ‘power outlet at sea’.
