Green Office Subsidies
Do you want to make your student organisation more sustainable? The Green Office can help!
The Green Office Subsidies programme provides up to €1000 a year of financial aid to student organisations for impactful sustainability initiatives.
Who can apply?
To request a Green Office Subsidy, your organisation must:

Be known to the Central Executive Board for Student Organizations (CUOS)

Be eligible for the Internationalization and Inclusion Grant (IIS) offered by the CUOS

Have a Green Office Label or commit to participating in the next Label edition
What’s covered?
We support initiatives that demonstrate the following:

A concrete, well-planned and feasible implementation strategy
-
A Positive sustainability impact
-
A clear financial need for the subsidy
Please note that we cannot fund alcoholic beverages, member compensation, general organisational expenses, or initiatives that go against UG policy.
When can you apply?
You can apply for a subsidy at any moment during the Subsidy Period.

Subsidy Period start: First Monday of September (2/09/2024)

Subsidy Period end: Three weeks before the 2B semester (24/03/2025)
Key Information

Maximum funding: €1000 per organisation every Subsidy Period

Maximum applications: two per organisation every Subsidy Period (includes rejected)

Joint applications: Multiple organisations can apply together under one lead applicant
Please be aware that subsidies will be disbursed after an initiative has been completed.

Submit your application through our online form

If requested, provide additional information about your initiative

If granted, submit a report about your initiative to receive the subsidy
