Advice on house style

How can I create an attractive poster, leaflet or other communication tool in the University of Groningen’s house style? What factors should I take into account when designing this item (or when having someone else design it) if it is part of a cooperative venture with external partners? Which design agency would be best placed to handle my assignment? Which photographer has shown that they can operate effectively within our guidelines? Is this communication house style-proof?
