University of Groningen and your data
The University of Groningen (UG) attaches great importance to the careful treatment of personal data and is transparent about how it processes these data. This website provides an overview of the processing registers kept by the various faculties and service units within the UG. These registers list the types of data that are processed, why the data are collected, what will be done with the data, and who is responsible for the processing.
The records of processing activities are dynamic overviews that are still under development. This website will always contain the most up-to-date registers available. The processing operations described in the University of Groningen privacy register do not involve automated decision-making without human intervention.
