Support Board & Management

The OBD department is part of University Services, specially the staff department of Governance & Legal/Management Support. The activities of OBD focus on secretarial, administrative and organizational support of:

• Board of the University
• Committee of Deans
• Management Council
• Supervisory Board
• Management of University Services
• Management team of University Services
• Account Managers meeting

OBD also organizes academic events such as the Opening of the Academic Year, inaugural lectures, the Summer Ceremony, the award of the Aletta Jacobs prize and ad hoc meetings by order of the Board of the University and the Office Management.

The head of the department Management Support, in addition to being the Formal Secretary of the Board of the University, is also the head of the OBD department, which further consists of another Formal Secretary and 7 employees.
