Open access procedural regulations

The UG considers it essential that research results are published open access as much as possible. Article 25fa of the Dutch Copyright Act (CA) grants researchers the right to make short works available to the public for no financial consideration after an embargo period. To this end, the Board of the University has established the 'Open access procedural regulations for short academic works by UG staff members'.
