Catching up on COVID-19 - Alex Friedrich - In Science #25 - UG Podcast

11 March 2021

The new In Science podcast is available! In this episode, our guest is Alex Friedrich. He’s a professor of Medical Microbiology & Infection Control at the UMCG. It’s his 2nd time on the show. Last year in May, we spoke to him about the corona pandemic and what it would mean for 2020. And as we’re entering a new phase with the vaccinations, we thought it would be good to look back on the past year with COVID-19 and also look at the challenges that lie ahead of us.
