How can you select the best students?
Universities are eager to select students with the best chances of graduating with a degree. Methods such as researching motivation are not very reliable. PhD researcher Susan Niessen discovered that this type of selection is a much better predictor of a good match between degree programme and student. In addition to degree programme and university choice, this approach can also be applied to job interview procedures and requests for sports or other scholarships.
