Are you an early-career academic, a manager making decisions about the career development of others, or involved in PhD ceremonies and appointment procedures? Then join us on November 8 at the national Recognition & Rewards Festival! This year’s theme is ‘Developing Diversified and Talented Teams’.
The program focuses on a team-oriented mindset and offers practical tools to implement Recognition & Rewards within teams. In a playful yet practical way, participants will explore key aspects of team science, teamwork, and leadership.

About the Recognition & Rewards Program
The Recognition & Rewards program is a national initiative in which knowledge institutions and science funding bodies (UNL, KNAW, NFU, ZonMw, and NWO) collaborate. The aim is to recognize scientific results and qualifications in their full breadth, valuing quality, impact, academic contributions, collaboration, outreach, and participation in significant developments.
