Research seminar of the Interdisciplinary Marxism theme group
In this meeting of the Interdisciplinary Marxism Group, Dr Hugh McDonnell and Dr Thijs Lijster, will discuss separate essays that they recently published in the English language (Hugh) and Dutch (Thijs) editions of Jacobin. The essays represent important examples of how Marxist approaches can be used to engage aspects of contemporary digital culture and politics, from Andrew Tate's ''manosphere" to Extinction Rebellion.
