CIRR guest lecture - ANNA DANIELSSON (Swedish Defense University, FHS): 'The Emergence of a Military Urban in and of War'

Guest lecture hosted by the theme group International Relations and Security Studies and the Peace and Confluct Studies Network

Dr Danielsson is Associate Professor and Deputy Head of Department (Research) at the FHS’s Department of War Studies and Military History. She has published widely in critical IR, peace and conflict studies, and war studies. The lecture will draw from her ongoing research project "Urban wars and post-conflict reconstruction: from urbicide to peacebuilding production of knowledge and space in urban environments" and will span matters of security and war, theory, history, and more. We hope it will be of interest to many of you.
